GOSH first of all sorry for the slow replying!

For getting your side bar to scroll down along with your posts you just go to customize and look for the option Fixed Sidebar……which…..i think……that’s the one…..

and as for the links i actually use pages!!But as of late,linking to urls outside of my own tumblr doesn’t appear to work so there is this method which i think it should work right!
